hi! me again - sorry but i have just been given the biggest motivational gift. we have just confirmed that my family are going to Disney World(Florida) in November 2008 for Thanksgiving. We will be going with the family i used to Au Pair for in America. so this means straight back on STRICT DIET.
i cant wait to see them and would like to surprise them with me being thinish. so i have exactly a year and 1 month to get all that weight off.

I know i can do it. so excited now.

What a great place to go. Went once when my daughter was in grade four and we talk of going again. That is a motivational gift for sure!!!

thanks ladies. my toe is still sore but i shall live - hee hee. i cant wait for next year i think 2008 is going to be a GREAT year for me.
