This day feels long already. I'm finally home from Trader Joe's, a work pick up, a work delivery, and a brand new hair cut. From my town, to Tampa, to Bradenton, another Bradenton stop, and then home. Much driving. I just need to run to the store for some sausage and I can cook dinner. Zuppa Toscanto, low carb style. I didn't pick up the sausage at Trader Joe's since that was my 1st stop and meat going bad in Florida... :( I grabbed the kale and cauliflower (and a few other things) and stuck that in a cooler. They had cheese bites there. It's a newish item. Just cheese that has been baked and somehow air puffed. I wanted to grab the cheese and salami snack packs and I did get a few but they also had mozzarella cheese wrapped in prosciutto in single packs. I grabbed some of those. And of course low carb spaghetti sauce and few other things. Love that store! I woke up late and didn't have time to do my normal weigh in, didn't help my mom was there and I usually weigh myself in my undies, so tomorrow. Even after the party Sunday I'm still in ketosis so it should be okay. I had to add the white to the side of my picture or it kept cropping off my face. New haircut!

Hi RoseTampa -- The hair color thing is great. I don't do New Years resolutions, but I just got over bad case of creeping crud, laying on couch in pjs for 10 days, yuck. felt very fat, like a coughing sickie. Anyway, I'm on a New Leaf now, lots of improvements and changes, and to the point, I'm starting with weight loss and got my hair colored ! I've had it this color for awhile now, but Its still a newer look for me -- almost platinum blond, but I love it. Nuthin' like a new do -Go girl! (do people still say that?) Oh, an idea for you, check out some of your local beauty schools, they generally do good work and is affordable enuf, that you can get it done often if you like it. Good luck
