Wow that must have been real scary..Hope everything turns out alright.. Sending Hugs to you both...:O) 

Seizures are really scary...when my Terv seized (mild) the first time, bloodwork came back just fine. I think he was about 8 at the time. He had 2 more mild ones, about a year apart, at about the same time of the year (!)....then was fine for the rest of his life. Never knew definitively what caused them, although I had a theory. Hopefully, this will be an isolated occurence for Shotzie, as well. Keeping my fingers crossed she stays stable for the rest of the evening. 

Poor Shotzie! I know how you must worry about your furbaby. Of course, they depend on us for everything so it is frightening when we can't help them. Like Sandy said - hope it was just a quirk and all will be well tomorrow. 

Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts and wishes... Pretty scary since it's never happened before. Did research on internet & most time the causes aren't really known. DH and I don't feel like we can leave her alone, at least not for awhile, both of us are nervous about her having another if we're gone. Hopefully as time goes by we will feel better about leaving for short periods. Again, thanks to everyone.
