Got up at 6 am to do my workout but couldn't talk myself into putting on workout clothes and going to the cold basement. So I hit the snooze and promised myself I would do it later no matter how crazy the day gets. After bible study at church and getting homeschool done, I made it to the basement for Jillian's 30 day shred level 3. It was a lot easier than I remembered, which tells me I'm getting stronger- feels good! Now for a healthy dinner!!
