Diario de kmaxwell08, 19 ene. 10

Going to bed a whole lot happier than I have been all day. Beat myself up all day about last nights dinner. Gained 1.5 lbs today. Worked my butt off tonight and ate light all day. Hardly had any carbs, lots of protein, doing well and not really hungry or wanting to snack. yes the low fat yogurt I bought is sscreaming for me, but I can say no today lol. I gotta make up for yesterday. This was supposed to be a no brainer challenge for me. Lose 2 1/2 pounds this week before going to my mom's and I had done great! I was down 2 pounds and only had .6 to go then BAM! I hate having no willpower to say no honey I can't eat out since I haven't planned it or sticking with what I know is healthy there! Plus I gave in to the margarita!

I am going to bed now weighing only 1 pound more than I did when I woke up so hopefully I will wake up in the 125 range tomorrow. We will see.

Margaritas get me every time :) Don't be too hard on yourself. You've done so great! It's only natural to have a little extra sometimes. It certainly won't hurt anything. One thing that will NOT help is beating yourself up. You regret a decision, you'll do better tomorrow and move one. Stress can affect your weight and you mood.

good Idea! Tomorrow is a new day anytime I "mess up" i love me some margaritas! I already gave up the chips and hot sauce! Why go for mexican if I can't have a margarita every now and then!
