Today, i am just doing this to see where i am and how much i would have to change to meet my goals.Then im going to be a little more serious about losing weight. Im trying to lose 50 lbs so i can be back down to my weight before i got pregant. I should have around 2400 calories per day according to fat secret but it sounds high so i am going to try to stay under 2000. My weightwatcher points is 32 a day, and an extra 30 each week. I am going to track that too so i can compare and see which one is working better for me.
