Hi all!!! Glad to say I'm on track, weight is being a bit weird, even though I'm keeping it only LCHF, but I suspect it's got something to do with my exercising. Last week I went 3 times & this week I've gone twice so far. Friday's the third day!
And I'm also glad to say that I'm off the wine wagon for a bit... (Stress levels not high at work yet!)

Strength/skill:

6 x 6 Dead-lifts
Warm up to a challenging weight, then keep all reps at that weight.
I did 35 kg.

METCON:

3 Rounds (10 minute cap)

400 m Sprint (I rowed, because for the life of me I cannot run!!)
21 KB Swings
12 Pull-ups (I did ring rows)
