Now I am pissed! My hubby picked me up after work and wanted to go out to eat! Great right, no I didn't have time to plan my meal and I had a margarita and totally screwed myself over today. I have to go do 2 hours and 15 minutes of exercise now. NOTE TO EVERYONE: Preplan your meals so you don't get any surprises!

haha yep I know the feeling, this weekend I was taken by my family to the Chinese Buffet!!!!!!! EEK! I literally had a panic attack. *sigh* there is really no way of knowing what I really consumed. Anyhow, whenever that happens, I make sure and take my ACV, somehow it makes me feel like I have atleast done something good for myself.

thanks alyssa! Yes I am familiar with the chinese buffet. So hard with the sauces to know how bad it really is! I just try to eat the broccoli stuff and any veggies they have and the stir fried chicken or we have those teriyaki chicken sticks lol, always feel like an idiot eating chicken on a stick. Gladly we don't have to eat there often. We shall see tomorrow, it is all my fault if I gain, I chose what I was eating, just wanted a good meal, but really wanted to be 125 when I go to my mom's on Wedesday and I was so close or am so close. I may have to fast tomorrow lol!
