You're over the hump!! You're at the point that everybody aims for in any diet, and that is where it doesn't feel like I diet, it just feels like a lifestyle. This is really the goal of SBD; to get people to eat healthy all the time with the occasional indulgence that won't sabotage your health. People use SB as a weight loss program which is great, but the original goal was just health. You're there! Just keep living like you're living and you'll hit your goal without even thinking about it. Good job!!
