Diario de Debinator, 03 ene. 12

I was within 5 lbs of my goal and i totally blew it! I put on about 5 lbs for a jiu jitsu tournant so i wouldnt get squashed in my weight class and it has been down hill since. I ended up tearing my meniscus a couple of months after the tournament and with the decrease in exercise came a few more lbs. before i knew it here i am 20 lbs away from that goal i was oh so close to. But i can do this i got close before, i can do it again!
