I am really concentrating on being positive and not saying to heck with it and sabotaging myself after 2 weeks of dieting. I took the kids to BK and ate healthily even though I wanted to shove a whopper and fries into my face. It was invigorating walking out of there feeling satisfied after a meal instead of gorged and sick from all the oil and fat! I did have some Cheez its when I was at my mother in law's house because I was truly hungry and didn't have much else to choose from, but will get my fill of veggies tonight!
