Well I was ok for last 24 hrs, I went to bingo last nite, won 2 free books and €200 so that's a positive start for me. My 7th son is 17 tomorrow, it truly amazes me that I was only 59 kgs the day before e was born, and my x used to say I was fat and I believed him, But Im not going back thinking bout that now I'm looking forward.
I'm watching OPERATION TRANSFORMATION on RTE, our television station, I've logged on and following the advice given to Penny, its becoming a great show, look it up, it shows shopping list, food for the day, exercise for her, really easy and clear but the 4 mile walk nearly ended up as a swim, it lashed rain.
