I need your help... My fasting blood glucose is 108 mg/dl - I am "pre-diabetes." If my blood sugar rises above 125 mg/dl, I will have type 2 diabetes and things will be forever more complicated.

We can only have an alcoholic drink when my blood sugar gets below 100
We can only say "I Love You" when we prove it and stick to a low carb diet for that day. You can not say I Love You and allow me to develop diabetes
