Here I am starting a new year with a healthier way of living my goal is to lose 60 lbs. by June 1st. I don't want to go through another summer being overweight and miserable. I am going to try as hard as I can to record my food and not be lazy. I have a 2nd. job that is housekeeping and I hope the exercise will help. Wish me luck!!!!!
