Day FOUR! I am on a roll. I just need to get thru today and then tomorrow I can get some groceries. I want to drink several more glasses of water and some exercise would be nice too. I so hope to be at least 55 pounds gone by the second week of January. Time to go see what kind of damage I have done by eating pomegranets.
