I'm the same!! I've gone down a dress size and have had comments how well I look but i still cant see any change myself. I pick up my new dress size in the shops but i'm always very very dubious if it will fit... Sometimes i dont want to risk it incase I cant fit in it and feel de motivated and eat lots of carbs!!! oh the trials of weight loss....who said it was a good thing?!!!
