Diario de Wicked Step Monster, 28 dic. 11

I'm doing great! I went to a Happy Hour yesterday and I stayed within my range. I have been on target for 2 plus days!

I just had the most delicious snack. I pan seared/fried in butter, a chicken liver and 1 TBL spoon of chopped onion, then I smashed it with a dab of mayo and served it on a low carb tortilla. It was less then 5 net carbs I am sure.

I am going out with Dale tonight. It is the Stick and that is not a very carb friendly place. BUT, if I just drink chardonay and order a salad or a bunless burger, I can survive.

I am off to drink a lake full of water!
