Well today was a great day! I hope the scale reflects that this week. I went this morning to get spiritually fed and got full! Then I came home and had a sensible lunch, bought some fruit for the week, came home and went for my 20 min jog/20 min walk! I really can't believe I can jog for 20 straight minutes. When I started this 3 months ago I was walking about 2.5 mph for 26 min! I am doing so much more now. The weather should cooperate this week so that I can get my jog/walk in everyday. I am going to keep pushing for jogging more. Then I came home and did my 15 minutes of AB exercises. Then after dinner tonight I decided to come home and do 45 minutes of pilates! Then I got a shower and updated everything and now I am bout to dry my hair and relax. Today was a good day.
