this past weekend i got myself ready to cheat... it was good but i gained a little weight back. not stressing over it though... i always run into the same thing in my 47-46kg's ..

surfin weekend:
sat. chinese hot pot 400, chinese ice 150, bbq (veggies, pork, sausage, bread, etc...) 900: 1450 (hey! not as bad as i thought!)
sun. chinese egg dan bin 150, nuggets 300, noodles 300, cookies 400, pork and veggies 400... 1550 (yeah.. bad day.. hahahah)

today:

breakfast: 2 eggs, cheese, 1 bite of sticky rice...233
lunch: rou, veggie, 1 bite of fish, grass jelly drink... 188
snack: veggies (a bite of rice) 80

sub: 500

yeah~~!! i'm back on track.. i feel like i'm just trying to keep my calorie intake around 1200 and not really doing a full out SB phase one with no carbs... hehe...
47,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 1,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 1,6 kg a la Semana
