i messed up this weekend too! went surfing (for the 1st time)... and we bbq'ed and had some carbs... i think i'm just gonna do phase 1 until i get to the lowest weight i was in phase 1 and then move on to phase 2... 3 weeks.. you can probably lose 2 lbs a week and be 6lbs down at the convention.. that's pretty good too!! let's both hang in there
