Maria the dissociated diet is like this:
Monday fruits
Tuesday all kind of cheese, yogurt, milk, kefir etc
Wednesday vegetables
Thursday chicken, beef, turkey
Friday eggs but I never could eat only eggs and is not healthy so I ised only 3 eggs and green salad for the whole day
Saturday fish
Sunday anything you like from above but diasociated per each meal, morning cheese, lunch meat and.dinner vegetables.
I know is not a very healthy diet, thats why I keep it for 2 weeks only. With this diet you can lose good weight but need to be careful what you eat after or all the weight is coming back.
