Diario de windrider, 09 dic. 11

I have been AWOL for several months. I fell hard off the wagon. Typical reasons, a move to a new state, School, travel, a new job, and the holidays. I gained pretty much all the weight I had worked so hard to lose. Well life goes on and I am back again as thought I am still working out 6 days a week, not counting calories and eating what I want has put the weight back on. Long story short, I didn't end up moving to Chicago, I am in OK. Back to life and reality of working to get the weight off. I hope everyone is well.

Good to see you! At least you caught yourself before you got back to 175, so you're still 15 pounds down PLUS you know what works for you. You'll be back on the downslope before you know it.
