Diario de smithersboy, 17 oct. 16

Left for a two month trip overseas at 58kg and came home at 60.5kg. I guess that is not too bad considering I didn't really want to spend two months watching calories and also taking into consideration the lack of choices available "on the road" and in coffee shops, hotels and restaurants. Now the hard work begins from this morning to lose the 2.5kg I've put on in two months and then another 2kg to get to about 56kg where I'd be very happy to be.
60,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 2,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: No Aplica.
