I'm back! My attitude has adjusted through some great workouts the last 3 days and although the scale is still high, I am feeling it all get toned back in! I have worked out 3 days a in a row now- running, biking, weights and swam about 30 min today which was somewhere b/w 1/2-3/4 mile or around 50 lengths. I will workout on Thursday and again on Saturday. I am ready to send the scale downward now. I have actually been at 142 but couldn't bear to record it. My goal is to be back at 137 by the end of January and 135 by my mini triathlon in Feb. I'm working on speed work for the triathlon to hopefully beat my last year's #'s. This is the mini indoor one where you go as far and as fast as you can in a 10 min swim, 15 bike, 15 min run.

I have the house stocked with healthy meals and made some delicious cream of asparagus soup tonight to accompany grilled chicken and vegetables. It is saute a little butter and minced onion, add flour, add 4 cups chicken broth and 2 cans asparagus (blend asparagus in blender first, cold)- simmer all together about 20 min. Yummy, cheap and easy!

Ready to watch The Biggest Loser now! I will do some leg lifts and sit ups tonight too while it's on.

Set your goals everyone- make them SPECIFIC, attainable, and set a timeline for each one and they will happen!
