Wow - so interesting to be tracking what I eat and drink again. I added almost 1000 calories last night AFTER 7pm snacking on ham biscuits I made to take to a friend whose father died and drinking red wine in the process. That's my problem right there. I should cut out cocktails altogether and I'd probably drop 10 pounds in a month. Hmmmm... not sure I can do that though.
