Still keeping up with my plan for September. Swimming for cardio. Did an hour of yoga last Wednesday, and 2 hours of pole dancing class last night. OOOF! That was my first time in that class in a year, and I am feeling it today. The last hour was advanced, and only one other person was there. As there are two poles, we each had one to ourselves for the whole hour. I'm sore, my feet hurt (need to build up calluses again), but it was SO much fun!

I'm new to this and it won't let me change my weight. When I weigh in it simply changes my starting weight saying I've lost zero. How to I change it to make it where it shows my progress?

In the upper part of the screen, in the green bar, you should see "My weight: " followed by your weight. If you click on that, it should take you to a screen where you can update your weight. It should add that as a data point to the weight history. I usually weight in once a week, so it actually will show next to "My weight: " a "Weight in now!", which I can click on to update my weight.

Also MiShona, if you log in from the website (in lieu of the app) and under the "My Journal" heading on the right menu, you should see "weight history". When you click that, it takes you to the weight history/weigh in page, but in the right hand column under "My Diet" you will find options to do many things with your weigh ins, including changing or adding historical data that was missed for some reason. Unless you are accidentally hitting restart my diet or similar, it should show your weigh ins as progressing from the start of your original diet.
