I am such a slow loser it is normally hard to see changes but I have noticed my veins are getting much more prominent on my hands and arms! I guess this is a good sign LOL

:for my sweet husband who picked me lots of roses yesterday just because
:for the fact it is election day here, no more listening to politicians waffling on LOL
:for Christmas In The Park tonight!
:for the fact Christmas is only 4 weeks away! Yay!
:that I have managed to stick to the Leptin Reset for so long - even when the scale hasn't always been kind.
