Diario de Lutendo2107, 12 sep. 16

I started walking 1km every morning since last week Wednesday. This takes me 25 minutes. And 10 min Zumba in the evening. Yesterday, Sunday, I walked 5km it took me an hour.
This morning I did the 1km walk with running in between. Time was reduced to 20 minutes. little improvement. I plant to be running the whole 1km by end of October.
