Christmas is over. A new day begins. Must work on lowering my cholesterol from 215. Want to feel better and have more energy. Want to live to see another birthday. Want to breath easier. Want to be an inspiration to someone else. Want to play with my grandchildren without effort. It can happen, but I have to work at it myself. No magic involved. Lord, please help me~
