A year later after enforced idleness living in hotels and then two months off my feet trying to heal a knee sprain and inflamed bursa in the left knee, I am seriously counting calories. Strangely I didn't gain as much as I feared. I will weight and record tomorrow, but last doctor visit, fully clothed, was 210. My ideal is still 150. Writing it down is still the best path to sanity and good health.
