I have not fallen off the face of the planet.

Okay... so maybe I have. I've been AWOL for a while. This is due to post-marathon laziness, Christmas, my birthday (yesterday), and now I'm going on vacation.

I'm already expecting a monumental gain when I finally get back next week because of all these things, but I WILL work it off, and I WILL be back on this site. You guys are what makes this process so easy.

Oh, and I got a barbell set for Christmas so I'll be putting it to good use when I get back.
