12 POUNDS DOWN!! WOOHOO! I must be doing something right seeings how I have lost 12 pounds so far. What makes my weigh in so great was that it was even after eating supper that I did it. I think I am starting to get the hang on things but sometimes I just don't know. It would be so much easier just not having to worry about all this keeping up with my food and calories blah blah blah. But then when I hold my little girl at night which is only 15 months and I look at my older children that is what makes me keep this up. I want to show them a healthy life but not only that I want to be there when they get older and have children and grand children (though it better be a looooong time before that!) I can feel how unhealthy I am when just walking up my driveway or even around the corner. I can feel it when I am playing with my kids or even playing with my husband. I don't fear death and what is to happen after I pass. I fear leaving my loved ones before its my time all because I can't keep a snickers out of my mouth. I have a goal yes but that goal isn't my final goal. I would like to be as small as I was when I had my first child. 165 would be so nice. And to think I have less then a year to do it all! <3 marriage
