I know that I don't get on here much but it isn't that I don't want to or don't feel the need to. I am just a very busy person. I do want to thank the ones that have been commenting on my weigh in's and on my journal entries. It truly feels good when I get support as I do. I do have support at home from my husband though its still hard sometimes because when he makes my plate for me sometimes its so full because instead of thinking like I think he looks with his stomach on what he could eat. Though he doesn't gain much weight I do and I keep explaining to him that I can't eat as much as he does. I do eat sweets but not like I was and I hope it is enough because I honestly don't want to cut all sweets out. I think I am doing pretty good seeings how I am losing it slowly and not gaining it back. But I still worry about my weight because of what happened to my mother. I had this one person on here tell me that I should make my meals ahead and though I try it doesn't always work because sometimes I am so tired on the weekend I just don't want to do anything but relax after I do all the errands I have. We did get a washer and dryer so there will be no more going to the laundry mat which took up almost one day of my weekend. We have been eating more chicken then beef (though I made goulash last night) and I been eating things like salmon fillet (which I love but no one else in my house does) we do have pork chops and pork roast and sausage but I been portioning it and eating more veggies. I do hope I am doing all of this right. I do have an appointment coming up next week and I am nervous to go there because it is suppose to be because I am slowing down on smoking though I haven't slowed down at all. It is also for my blood pressure which I was told was high. Another reason I am so scared of having a heart attack before I am even elderly. I have four children as 13 and youngest 1. Those are the reason I am trying so hard. I bought me a scale last friday and I have bought me a 8 pound weight and even an exercise ball. Now all I need is a yoga mat and another weight. I would get some equipment but being a mother and being the only one working atm well I am sure yall can imagine...but anyways...thank you all for listening to me ramble lol I do hope you all are doing well.

you can only do so much in a day!!! I know how you feel. I smoked for over a decade. quitting was not my choice as I had a huge medical event (not from smoking). ask your hubby if he could watch the kids for a half hour or so - so you can do your workout. My SO does not help me with the kids so I have to get up at the butt crack of dawn or I wont be able to exercise. keep up the good work!!!!

Thank you so much... He helps me a lot as is I know he would care for them if I asked. I tend to try and do it in front of him and the kids but I believe I look and feel stupid.

Instead of worrying how you look exercising, or asking hubby to watch the kids, how about making it a game and get the kids to exercise with you. Maybe even get your husband to join it -- most kids can use a little extra physical exercise, and if you do it as a family, it could be fun! I have one friend who is a young mother who used her baby as a "weight" for lifting (until he got to be too big) -- good for her and he thought it was great fun!! (Not saying you should do that, just an example of doing things as a family.) Be creative, and don't forget that simply walking is a good exercise that can be done almost anywhere, anytime. The important thing is not to quite trying!!!

I do use my daughter as part of exercising lol i seen this thing on facebook of this mother that does all kinds of exercises using her baby. i have tried some of them but theres a few im worried about using with her. My children have done them with me but we haven't much room in our home to do it all together (a family of six can get cramped up lol) we do live on nearly 7 acres of land and have spoke about walking and exploring the woods but we have found coyotes and copper heads which isn't the best thing to find when having such young children. I have thought about maybe going to the ymca.
