I am so happy to have finally broke my plateu. Not sure what to attribute it to. I did up my calories to 1300-1400 instead of 1100-1200. I have been exercising more than an hour and I have introduced weight training into my exercise. So I had to "kick it up a notch" so to speak. LOL
