After the rain we had on Monday & yesterday it is LEKKER cold here in the highveld today & the whole world is white with frost!! I managed a good portion of healthy food last night, so I'm happy to be back on track! Having dinner with my mom tonight, but we all decided to keep it on the healthy side as well, instead of going out to a restaurant!!!

Ish Leksie!! Well done! you're better than I was yesterday :-) I kept up so well, but when my boys asked for pancakes and started munching away, I joined in!! :-P The rain was crazy here yesterday!! But back on track today! Lekker dag!!
