Thank the Lord!
I've finally managed to lose actual weight in about 6 weeks. I feel absolutely blessed. I've been listening to this thing on the radio called FIT (Faith Inspired Transformation), and I've been thinking about how we're supposed to have God in everything. When it comes to no willpower, I definitely need some help there. Well, I haven't been super awesome at including Him in my diet... but I have started to try and include Him in other areas of my life. So I feel happy right now.
I ran 4 times this week, and played volleyball twice, so exercise isn't too bad. I've been upping my mileage little by little, so I'm sure that's had an impact. I also ended TOM earlier this week, so that water weight is coming off. I had a few bad days, and a few good days.
I'm hoping I can keep this going. I've lost 25.4 lbs. I'm now only 12.6 pounds away from my final goal weight. I half half of what I've already lost to go. This is amazing. This is the longest I've managed to stick to this lifestyle. I really want this. I want to look good, I want to feel good, I want to be in shape. I'm not letting myself fail this time. I refuse!
