Diario de chesgreen, 11 jul. 16

My 1st 1/2 Marathon. Completed! 3hrs 10 mins 56 seconds. Not bad. 13.1 miles is a long, long run especially for a non runner. Visit madmarathon dot com to get a taste of what I completed. I am glad my wife didn't tell me about the hills or else it wouldn't have happened. My body feels like I got hit by a train and survived. My knees were killing me from mile 9 on. Back to my weight loss journey. Looking forward to getting that 40 pounds lost picture I promised. Hopefully this will happen this month. I would like to be down 50 pounds total before I complete another one (I ran yesterday's half marathon down 30 pounds since Jan 1, 2016)

Thanks all. Going for a recover walk - jog tonight. I must be crazy. Going to try and drag my wife to go with me. After all, she was the one who signed me up for the half. Ha, I'll show her!

I intend to do another one in October. This goal is coupled with being down another 20. So far, considering I've tried many forms of WOE, LCHF seams the easiest to obtain this goal.
