July 8, 2016. I started George Thurman's 6 Week Body Makeover Plan again. This diet has helped me to shave off needed pounds on and off for the last 12 years. When the pounds start creeping back on, I return to it and it has never failed me. Day 1 = Stayed on plan with the help of meals I prepared earlier in the week. I included an additional fruit serving to my meal plan and that seemed to help stave off the emotionally triggered sugar cravings I experienced. I drank quite a bit of extra water which also helped me feel fuller longer. I walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill and did the upper body exercises that Kristin Shaffer of FAB University suggested.
