Wahooooo! I feel great! I am back down to 132.6, I am sticking to my diet this weekend day, AND I burned almost 500 calories during my jog/walk today. I went 5 miles in 1 hr 10 minutes. I jogged 40 minutes and walked 30 minutes! I feel great, except I need new shoes, lol, my heels are hurting from the wii yesterday and the day before. Oh well, that's next on my list to buy myself.
