I did some reseach yesterday and found taht maybe my calories were too low. I was staying around 1100-1200 a day. I found that I needed to stay under 1475 with moderate exercise. So I am changing things up a bit. I will aim to stay between 1300-1400. 1300 when I am not getting to do much exercise due to the weather and 1400 when I get to burn quite a few calories that day. I am also exercising an extra 15 minutes since it seems I have hit a plateu and I am not yet to my first goal.
