Had an average day today... had more carbs than I intended to, but I had them at lunch time, and had meat and salad for dinner, so that was my idea of damage control. I won't be weighing myself for the next few days as I will be away. I have lost 1 kg this week so far (3 days) so am not unhappy with that. I have 22 to go. My mini goal is to be under 90 kgs before the end of this month, and then, I would like to lose another 3.5 kgs each month until the end of september, which would put me around 80kgs before my birthday, and then the rest (11kgs) by my cousins wedding in may next year.. I know it will get tougher to lose the last bit, but with dedication and determination and a vision, I will do it! Hope everyone is happy and healthy :)

Hi Angelica,my name is Helen just started my diet today and found this site!I also want to loose at least 20 kilo's,25 would be ideal but one day at a time i guess!My goal is to loose a reasonable amount of weight by my Birthday 24th November and to enjoy the next summer instead of dreading it!Hope we can encourage each other!Wish me luck on Day One!
