Walking for an hour or more each morning has really made me feel so good. Keeping my bariatric guidelines in place, and taking my meds regularly.Going to see Dr. F today, and then go the the seminar with Dr. H tonight. Yesterday's Father's Day dinner went great! I had the better part of a large chicken breast, and a bite of potato salad, plus one deviled egg. NO Reese's Cup Chocolate cake with buttercream icing for me!!! I made it and did not eat any of it! The rest of the family, on the other hand,loved it.
