I didn't lose much this week, but it's a loss. :-)
Did the zumba cardio-party this morning. 50 minutes of intense movement, lol. I love it!! If I could just do the moves right, and be able to stand on my own. Had a bad seizure last night, was and am really sore this morning, but would not let that stop me from exercising this morning!! :-) Normally I would rest and take it easy the next day after a seizure, but not anymore. I'm gonna get fit, even if it kills me, big lol!! I feel better since I did do zumba, got all those good endorphins flowing. I am a lucky person to have a husband who is always there for me, and a son who will do anything for me if I ask. I have great friends on FS, and I am just so happy to have all of these things in my life. Sorry, just wanted to share how lucky I am, not bragging, just proud! :-) Hope everyone has a wonderful and beautiful day!!! :-) See y'all tomorrow!
