Diario de roxchick83, 07 dic. 09

good morning, everyone! i have a feeling this week at work is going to be half busy and half boring as all hell! lol! just a feeling. :)</P><P>so as u can see, the scale went up! but not by much! i said yesterday that i wasn't going to sweat it, and i'm not! my breakfasts, lunches, and half of my snacks are planned out for the week! the dinners are what i never know until the day of, so that's why i usually eat lighter during the day.</P><P>i have absolutely no excuse NOT to be good this week! i actually take comfort in knowing i don't have any big dinners to go to, and am basically in control of all of them this week! i'm not making them (except for friday's), but i know they won't be calorific meals.</P><P>i hope everyone had a good weekend!

Wow, you don't have anything to do all week??? Are you feeling OK??? LOL This week is slow for me too, its the next 3 weeks that are going to be CRAZY!!! Hope you have a nice, un-eventfull day!!!

MOTG, no no...i didn't say i don't have anything to do! I said I have no excuse not to eat well! Tonight I'm going to my aunt's house, tomorrow night i'm going to my cousin's for dinner, wednesday i have a voice lesson, thursday is pre-marital therapy, and friday we're having people over. lol!

I was just thinking of you this morning. "Must plan my meals!" You sound great. I'm going to borrow some of your calmness and control if you don't mind. Planning is such a big piece and you're the planning inspiration.

That's a good way of looking at it. Plan the meals you know you can control (for me that's usually b-fast and lunch). Have a great week, Gina. Don't sweat the small spike. You know what to do to get it back on the downward slope!
