Starting to get out of my weight rut (hope I'm not speaking too soon!), but it seems when I get a full 8 hrs of sleep (or more) and drink more than the recommended 8 glasses a day, I lose the water weight at night and have a nice number to greet me on the scale in the morning! I know I shouldn't, because my BF and I ate Taco Hell for lunch, but I'm hungry and want something yummy...
Currently feeling: Hungry! 6 hrs after lunch, I think it's understandable! (Edit: Satisfied, especially since I could also fit in some dark chocolate to quell that craving I've had all day, without breaking the RDI bank! =) Overall throughout the day: less tired than usual, but couldn't keep my mind off of school work...starting to wish this semester were over!
