I am starting the "It Works" 90 day challenge. Taking the Greens, Thermofit, and Fat Fighters.

I weighed in this morning at my largest weight ever of 322.5. In all honesty, I just got off a week long cruise on the Disney Fantasy. So, it's not a fair representation of a normal weeks worth of food. Regardless, changes need to happen.

My goals? Well, my first goal is to get to 299 pounds (gotta get under 300#) I am going to attempt to do that this month with eating right, exercising, and taking the supplements for the challenge.

That type program is a gimmick to get your money. You lose mostly water weight which you can do by making a pair of "pants and shirt" by utilizing 3 trash bags and a pair of scissors. You then wear a sweat suit over it. Instant sauna. the problem is getting dehydrated. You would do better to check out a high fat, low carb program.

Great job focusing on getting healthy. We all have to find what fits for us. Focusing on movement and nutrition is a great start!
