Walking an hour or so every sunny morning while it is still cool enough. Going to be near 100 all weekend. Very little appetite, eating mostly salads and protein like chicken breast and shrimp. Sometimes I'll have eggbeaters and onions & peppers. Lots of gorgeous red strawberries and plump blueberries as well. Trying to drink enough water too. Hope to go to Dr. H seminar on June 20th, after my appointment with Dr.F. Then, Dr.P on June 30. They keep me healthy and motivated!
