i eat 3 good meals a day.my calories r low becuz i am only allowed 45 carbs a day.i dont feel like i am starving.just hungry when i need to eat.i think i am doing pretty good with a lb. a week loss.i do appreciate ur input.i really dont know how i could add more cal. without going over 45 carbs.more meat i guess.thanks.
