Completed a change-up to my weight training program to better fit the 8kg Challenge starting on Monday.

Schedule is as follows:

Monday: Chest and Back
Tuesday: HIIT Cardio
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: HIIT Cardio
Friday: Shoulders and Arms
Saturday:

Pre-workout Supplement: 3500mg L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate
Post-workout Supplement: 5 mg Creatine Monohydrate

Protein and fats to remain constant. Carb cycling between weight and non-weight days.

Weight programs will be covered in the Daily Journal as I expect some adjustments. Most are compound movements, with little rest. Only a few supersets per workout at this time.

I am a firm believer of, "Plan the work; work the plan". Thank you for your review and support. I am excited to take on this challenge, as I feel I have hit a plateau and there is nothing like a change-up to blow the floor away! I plan to keep a very detailed log to see performance vs strategy. I will be doing weigh-ins on Monday mornings and I will post pre-workout pics on Monday to get my challenge going on all cylinders. Thanks again to both Misty and HCB
