Had a great workout today!!! I am sooooo out of shape, but once I get going and those endorphins kick in...amazing! I'm trying to pace myself and not go crazy, but its hard not to. I'm impatient when I think about how I used to be in such good shape, mind you that was 8 years ago! I know I can get there again! One day at a time...progress not perfection!!! :)
